Therapy Services

 

The first step when beginning therapy is always the hardest. I try and make this process as easy for my clients as possible, and want you to feel safe, welcome, and seen. It usually works best if you send me an email, and from there we arrange a call to discuss the type of therapy you would like. The services listed at the bottom of this page will give you an idea of both cost and the type of service you can expect from me.

I am trained in Transactional Analysis and use this to help the person explore their inner dialogue and how that affects their relationships with others. I am a member of the BACP . I work relational within a safe boundaried setting.

I consider it as a privilege to hear someone’s story. I talk and listen. I won't try and change you. But if you want to change then I will explore with you what that looks like and how you can realistically make those changes. I believe that everyone has the capacity to access change in their thoughts feelings and behaviours.

In a confidential space, I believe that I can support you in making these changes. Hopefully, the biggest change as a result of our work together is how you view the most important significant and valuable person in your life - You.
