I am trained in Transactional Analysis and use this to help the person explore their inner dialogue and how that effects their relationships with others.
I have over twenty years experience of working with young people and have been working with adults for the last 8 years.
I have an award in therapeutic counselling that is recognised by The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with whom I am also a registered member.
I work from my private practice in Grenoside.
I also offer walk and talk therapy session which is a Pre planned walk through Grenoside village and then into the woods.
Therapeutic Counsellor - MBACP Certified.
